MyPilates Toolbox respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use, store and manage it.

Information we collect

Free use of the creator does not require an account. If you create a Pro account, we may collect your name, email address, account and subscription status, saved programs, custom exercises, favourite exercises and information about how you use program-building features.

Payments are processed by Stripe. MyPilates Toolbox does not store your full payment card details.

Program data and product improvement

For Pro users, program information may be stored so that you can save and reopen programs across devices. We may also collect structured snapshots of program-building activity, including program data at save or PDF export, to understand how instructors use the product and to improve MyPilates Toolbox and its program-building features.

These product-improvement records may be linked to your account by an internal user identifier. Instructor Notes are excluded from the product-learning snapshots currently collected. Please do not enter sensitive personal or health information about clients into the service unless it is appropriate and necessary for your own use.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate Pro accounts, manage subscriptions and entitlements, save your programs and exercise preferences, provide customer support, diagnose problems, understand product usage, and develop and improve MyPilates Toolbox.

Storage and service providers

We use third-party technology providers to operate the service, including Supabase for account and application data, Stripe for payment and subscription processing, Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery, and GitHub for application development and deployment workflows. These providers may process information in locations outside Australia in accordance with their own infrastructure and contractual arrangements.

Access, correction and deletion

You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also contact us about deletion of your account or personal information, subject to information we need to retain for legal, security, accounting or legitimate operational purposes.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps designed to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate business records.

Cookies and local storage

The application may use browser storage and authentication technologies needed to keep you signed in, remember application state and provide product functionality.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, our service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published here with its latest update date.

Launch note: This policy should be reviewed before public launch and updated with the legal entity/business name, confirmed legal entity/business details and overseas data-processing locations.
